The Veggie Option

For those who would like a vegetarian option for dinner, the chef will make Arroz de Setas (Mushroom Risotto) upon advanced request. This is a delicious dish made with chanterelle, porcini, and shiitake mushrooms, risotto, truffle oil, and tetilla cheese. If you would prefer this option, or have any other dietary needs, requests or considerations, please contact David Carl by noon on Friday April 6, 2012.

Paella for the Party

Paella Mixta Valenciana

Great News! Normally paella is only served once a week (Tuesday) at Ibiza. However, as it is traditionlly served at large family gatherings and special occassions, the chef has agreed to make it especially for our birthday bash dinner this Saturday. So get ready for this classic dish of bomba saffron rice with chicken, pork, chorizo sausage, shrimp, mussels, clams, and squid. We have a vegetarian option available upon request.
