On April 7th, the celebration begins as we gather to enjoy the Spanish elegance of Tapeo (The art of eating Tapas) at the acclaimed Ibiza Wine and Tapas Bar. Amidst an array of tapas, the delicate small dishes of Spain, we will gather around the table to enjoy this culinary ritual and share in the inauguration of this celebration. Tapas are characteristic of the Spanish cooking tradition, steeped in the concept of bringing people together.
