Great News! Normally
paella is only served once a week (Tuesday) at Ibiza. However, as it is traditionlly served at large family gatherings and special occassions, the chef has agreed to make it especially for our birthday bash dinner this Saturday. So get ready for this classic dish of bomba saffron rice with chicken, pork, chorizo sausage, shrimp, mussels, clams, and
squid. We have a vegetarian option available upon
request.
